Employment regulation of foreign language contract teacher of

Foreign language center, MSUA

ONE. GENERAL BACKGROUND

This regulation shall be observed in following cases; extravagated time dividend of main teachers and requirement of foreign teachers.    

TWO. CONDITIONS

2.1. International Program center shall recruit Contract Teachers observing applicants’ CV and shall surrender to Foreign Language Center.

2.2. This agreement shall be established between and Contract Teacher with the period of one year. Contract Teacher shall work at only Foreign Language Center during agreement term.

THREE.  REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTRACT TEACHER

3.1. The teacher must have professional certification to teach foreign language and/or must be volunteer teacher within the bilateral agreement between two countries governments;

3.2. must have experience and intention to teach;

3.3. must have communication skills.

FOUR. RESPONSIBILITIES OF CONTRACT TEACHER

4.1. Teacher should provide with requirements which meets during the class and should implement university standards;

4.2. It is not allowed to teach exception of present foreign language using the predominance of teacher;

4.3. Should seek the possibilities to improve teaching skill, should reclaim and introduce advanced methods and technologies, and should pay attention on activation of students and improvement results constantly;

4.4. Should take university rules as guidance.

FIVE.  RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE UNIVERSITY

5.1. The University should provide with pleasant work condition, professional books, academic materials and equipments that needed the teacher;

5.2. shall generate the schedule of classes and inform about the schedule;

5.3. shall issue monthly salary on following conditions;

5.3.1. Salary of Contract Teacher shall be issued upon estimating work hours and taxes;

5.3.2. Daily expenses of transportation would be issued at workdays without any taxes for Volunteer Contract Teachers;  

5.3.3. Monthly allowance shall be issued for Volunteer Contract Teacher in accordance with bilateral agreements between Ministry of education, culture and science of Mongolia and present foreign country which is converted to MNT on present date;

5.3.4. Contract Teacher shall not be issued additional salary such as mastership raise and other additional;

5.4. Order of President of Mongolian State University of Agriculture must be approved on employment of Contract Teacher.
