Whereas, both parties mutually agreed to cooperate and provide academic promotions. Now therefore, in accordance with “Labour law of Mongolia”, “Academic regulation of MSUA” and other related regulations, this agreement is established by/and between the director of Foreign language center ……………………..... ONE. GENERAL ARTICLES

TWO. TEACHER’S RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1. Thematic plan should be prepared and approved based on academic plan and curriculum, students should be taught in high level of teaching method and should be provided with wide knowledge of foreign language.
2.2. Teacher’s journal must be written regularly and should be controlled by the head of department.
2.3. Teacher shall work in compliance with schedule /shall not to be late, not to be absent, not to break off before class hour/.
2.4. The head of department must be informed in advance if teacher has a reasonable absent.
2.5. The teacher would be responsible for evaluating students in accordance with “Regulation of evaluating student’s knowledge and skill of MSUA” and for requiring students to follow university rules and regulations.
2.6. Teacher shall be responsible for books, academic materials and equipments.
THREE. UNIVERSITY’S RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1. The teacher should be provided with the position mentioned above and required information and advice from the date of establishment of agreement.
3.2.Teacher must be provided with pleasant condition to perform a lesson such as classroom, books, academic materials and other auxiliary equipments.
3.3. Academic division and Department of Foreign language shall be responsible for controlling lesson procedure.
3.4. Salary payments shall be made with the page of work hours in the end of semester which approved by head of Department of Foreign language according to “Employment regulation of foreign language teacher of Foreign language center, MSUA”.
FOUR. OBLIGATIONS
4.1. For the administration of MSUA, in case of non-fulfillment of obligations, must compensate the affection that faced with the teacher regarding “Labour law of Mongolia”.
4.2. For the teacher, in case of non-fulfillment of obligations, this agreement shall be terminated regarding “Labour law of Mongolia”.
4.3. In case of both parties breach their obligations; this agreement might be terminated with prior notice. In this case, controversy shall be solved by related laws and rules.
