MONGOLIAN STATE UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE

INTERNATIONAL ADMISSION REGULATIONS

One. General background

1. The regulation has been conceived   based on “Sample admission regulation”, which was approved by order of Minister of Education.
2. International undergraduate admission to MSUA and other related activities will be arranged by this regulation.

Two.  Majors in Mongolian State University of Agriculture

Three. Requirements

1. To be a foreign country citizen
2. To be hold General education certification on or before entrance date to MSUA

Four. Required documents

Following completed documents must be submitted to International Affairs office of MSUA via fax: 976-11-341153 or e-mail: infotech@magicnet.mn.

2. Passport copy (with expiry date)
3. CV
4. Diploma and certificate copies 
5. Recommendation letter
6. HIV test certificate
7. Insurance
8. Application fee 20$

Five. Tuition fee payment

1. Tuition fee – Depends on credit hours at each course and also, changeable subject  year by year
2. Dormitory fee – app. 150$/a year

-  Deluxe room-25-40$/a day

-  Standard room-20$/14 days

Six. Important dates

Application submission:  April 1^st - May 1^st

Academic year beginning: September 1^st 

Seven. Visa permission, registration and residence permission

1. International Affairs officer would be the person in charge to arrange international students’ visa permission, registration for Mongolia Immigration and residence permission in case students submit completed application documents. Incomplete or blur application would not be accepted. Students those who has already got the residence permission is required to inform expiry date of residence permission before one month.
2. International students who study in MSUA should be registered in International Affairs office within 2 weeks at the beginning of each semester.
3. International students who study in MSUA are strongly required to inform to International Affairs office about their local and international arrival and departure.
